Red Plum Flavouring Application

Principles for the use of flavorings: 

1. Be sure to choose according to the different flavorings of the essence itself; 

2. To be added at a rate of not more than 0.1% ≤ 0.2%, an increase is allowed only in exceptional circumstances; 

3. Avoid mixing with high concentrations of sugar or acid solutions; 

4. To strictly control the water temperature when adding, water-soluble essence heating should not be higher than 70 degrees, oil-soluble essence should not be higher than 120 degrees.
