Use method
Direct method: heat the oil to 35 ℃ to 60 ℃, add TBHQ, according to the required proportion and stir forcefully for 10 minutes and 15 minutes to make it dissolve, then keep stirring for about 20 minutes to ensure the uniform distribution of TBHQ.
Spray impregnation: cured meat products, dried fish products, nuts, etc., can be directly sprayed on the surface with diluted TBHQ solution, or impregnated with diluted TBHQ solution. The concentration of the solution can be prepared according to the requirements of all kinds of food, and generally 0.5g/KgTBHQ alcohol solution can be sprayed or impregnated.
